Two-function manual positioning
The MNM-FB-01 gives ward staff independent control of two sections. The backrest raises to seat the patient upright for feeding, examination or respiratory comfort, and the knee section lifts separately to stop the patient sliding down the bed once the back is elevated. Both are driven by geared hand cranks at the foot end, so positioning needs no power supply and continues to work during outages – a practical advantage in wards and home settings where a reliable supply cannot be assumed.
Built to be cleaned
The sleeping platform is formed from separate slatted steel sections rather than a solid sheet, keeping the mattress ventilated and letting staff reach every surface during cleaning. The frame is powder coated over steel, with cross bracing at the base for rigidity under load and transfer.
Mobility and safety
