Why two bowls
Manual cleaning means washing in one bowl and rinsing in another. With a single bowl the rinse happens in the same water the item was washed in, or the bowl has to be emptied and refilled between stages. Two bowls make the correct process the convenient one.
Open frame, clear floor
Nothing is enclosed underneath, so the floor is mopped straight through and there are no cabinet panels for splash to run behind. The tubular legs are cross braced so the table stays rigid with both bowls full.
One piece top
Bowls and top are formed as one, so there is no rim seam around each bowl for water to enter. The rear backsplash is part of the same pressing.
